Contains detailed provisions on social insurance funding, contributions, benefits and pensions; social assistance for unemployment, pre-retirement, old-age (contributory) pensions, and pensions for the blind, widows and orphans; allowances for deserted wives and prisoners' wives; allowances for lone parents and persons caring for pensioners; and child benefits and family income supplements.
