Establishes schemes of grants for the adaptation of houses for disabled persons and the carrying out of essential repairs to certain unfit houses in specified circumstances. Made under the Housing Act, 1966, as amended by the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1992 and the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1979.
