Abstract/Citation
Provides for human rights and fundamental freedoms (presumption of innocence, freedom of movement, right to private property, freedom of expression, right to vote, right to social security, right to work, etc.). Includes provisions on economic and social rights (inter alia, freedom of association, right to strike). Sets out the State bodies (government, assembly, etc.) and their working procedures as well as the Presidency of the Republic and jurisdictional bodies (Constitutional Court). Contains financial provisions (taxes and budget).
