Abstract/Citation
Parts 1 and 2 of the Act establish the National Social Security Fund and the National Social Security Advisory Council. Part 3 discusses various aspects of membership and contributions, e.g. compulsory or voluntary membership and contribution, and the cancellation thereof; respective employee and employer shares; various penalties and exemptions. Part 4 sets forth the allowed benefits, specifically those based on age, survivorship, invalidity, withdrawal, and emigration. Part 5 regulates various aspects of financing, administration and legal proceedings of the fund. Consolidates text from 1965 to 1978.
