Pursuant to section 9 (1) of the Trade Disputes Act, an Industrial Court is established to resolve trade disputes, including labor disputes. By appointment of the Minister of Labor and Social Services, the Court is to consist of two independent persons, two persons representing the employers and two representing the workers.
