Pursuant to the Clean Water Act and the Water Quality Act, these Regulations set forth permit application requirements (and exemptions in certain cases) for storm water discharges associated with industrial activity, and for discharges from a municipal separate storm sewer system serving populations of 100,000 to 250,000, and of 250,000 or more.
