Amends, inter alia, ss. 2 (definitions of "strike", "trade dispute") and 5 (consideration and action by Minister), inserts a new Part IIa: Registration of Collective Agreements (new ss. 8A to 8D), replaces s. 9 (Industrial Court), and inserts new ss. 9A (reinstatement of dismissed employees) and 18A (unlawful strikes and lockouts, public sector, etc.) and a new proviso to s. 23 (1) (appeals).
