An Act to adapt certain social insurance laws and a number of other laws in connection with the merger of the existing provisions on children's allowances into a general, compulsory insurance scheme applying to the entire population and providing coverage for children's allowances from and including the first child, and further to amend the General Old Age Act [No. 429 of 1965: cf. LS 1956-Neth.2] and the General Widows and Orphans Act [No. 139 of 1959: LS 1959-Neth.3].
