The purpose of this regulation is to ensure the safety of the work during operation, maintenance, repair, development and optimization of power transmission lines and installations in order to prevent work related accidents and, finally, to protect country and human resources. This regulation contains 2 chapters, 84 articles and 6 notes. The titles of chapters are respectively as follows: Definitions and General requirement.
