| Resumen/cita: | Article 1. Amendments to the Residence, Employment and Integration of Foreigners within the Territory of the Federal Republic of Germany Act: introduces new sections §25a granting residency permit to well integrated youngsters and adolescents; § 88a data processing in connection with integration measures. Article 2. Amendments to the Freedom of Movement for EU Citizens Act (FreizügG/EU);new section: §88a deals with integration courses for foreigners living in Germany. Article 3. Amendments to the Asylum Procedure Act - amendments in wording. Article 4. Amendments to the Penal Code a new section is added (§ 237) concerning Forced Marriage. Article 5. Amendments to the Penal procedure odrinance, in numeration. Article 6. Amendments to the Civil Code - changes in numeration. Article 7. Amendments to the Introductory Act to the Civil Code new section § 26 Regulations to the Act to combat forced marriage and better protect victims of forced marriage as well as amendments of asylum regulations.
