| Resumen/cita: | Reforms vocational training and amends the the Handicraft Ordinance and other related laws. The first chapter of the law is on vocational training and includes provisions on the recognition of vocational training, the relationship between the trainer and the trainee, the qualifications of the training personnel, and exams. The second chapter regulates further training and skill enhancement. The third chapter regulates the organization of vocational training. The fourth chapter contains provisions on research on vocational training, planning and statistics. The fifth chapter is on the National Institute for Vocational Training. The sixth chapter provides for fines, and the seventh chapter contains transitional provisions. |
