Resumen/cita: The Decree has the aim of compensating and encouraging persons who accept work in regions in which the economic, cultural and social conditions are substandard and in areas where the climate is unhealthy, harmful to health and dangerous for the physical and moral well-being of the staff. The Decree applies to various categories of employees. The provisions in question distinguish between regional conditions which are unfavourable from an economic, social and cultural point of view and conditions linked to the climate of certain areas of the country. The Decree contains three chapters and 11 tables showing the indices for the bonuses to be granted in respect of each region. Available in English.
