| Resumen/cita: | Comprehensive legislation on rehabilitation and participation of disabled persons. Consolidates the previous laws on Severely Handicapped Persons. Part I regulates provision of different types of services to disabled persons, including medical services, measures to improve their integration into working life and community life, and disability benefit. Part II provides for integration of severely disabled persons. Duties of employers vis-à-vis severely disabled employees are regulated in chapters 2-4. |
