Resumen/cita: Gives effect to the European Convention on the Exercise of Children's Rights of 25 January 1996. Chapter I of the Convention defines scope and objective. Chapter II provides for procedural measures to promote exercise of children's rights. These include right to be informed and to express his or her views in proceedings, and right to apply for appointment of special representative. Chapter III establishes a Standing Committee to keep under review problems relating to Convention, and regulates its functions and powers.
