Resumen/cita: Sets out provisions relating to the recruitment of workers. Obliges recruiters of workers to be licenced. Restricts the age of workers who may be recruited (minimum of 16 years of age). Requires all recruited workers to be medically examined. States that travel expenses incurred by workers will be paid for by the recruiters as well as expenses of workers who must return home. The Act applies to worker-recruiters in the same manner as it does to recruiters. Makes explicit the areas under which the Minister responsible for Labour may make regulations.
