Abstract/Citation
Provides an equal treatment rule guaranteeing men and women equal treatment for equal work in relation to pension scheme matters. Pension schemes which do not contain an equal treatment rule shall be treated as including one. Gives effect to Gibraltar Council Directive 86/378.
