| Resumen/cita: | Amends the Constitution of the United Republic of Tanzania 1977. The Revolutionary Party "CCM" shall be the only political party. The State shall seek to follow the policies of socialism and secure work for all able-bodied persons. Part III outlines human rights and obligations. Article 25 prohibits forced labour. Work required to be done in conjunction with relief work, development, or nation building initiatives shall not be considered forced labour. |
