Resumen/cita: The 41st Amendment was passed on 30 August 1994 and amends provisions relating to the administration of the postal service (Articles 73, 80, 87, inserts new 87f and 143b). The 42nd amendment was passed 27 October 1994 and makes numerous insertions and amendments. Inter alia, amends Article 3 (equality before the law), stating that the state shall foster the implementation of equal entitlement between men and women, and that no person shall be disadvantaged because of a disability. Also amends provisions relating to the powers and boundaries of the Bundeslaender, as well as their competence in concurrent legislation.
