Resumen/cita: Concerns measures to be taken for the rehabilitatation of disabled persons in professional life. Every employer who employs at least 16 employees must assign six per cent of all working places to disabled persons. Furthermore, disabled employees enjoy special protection regarding dismissals. Every enterprise has a committee to represent the particular interests of disabled persons to ensure that these protective rules are applied.
