就業服務法
This Law is enacted to promote employment and improve social and economic development. Freedom of choice of occupation and equality of opportunity in employment are guaranteed for nationals. Employment promotion and employment services (governmental and private) are provided for in the Law. Employment and supervision of foreign nationals are specifically dealt with by the Law.
