Resumen/cita: The Consultative Council will consist of 60 members and a chairman, all of them to be appointed by the King within six months of the publication of the Order. The terms of reference of the Council are to: review economic and development plans; examine legislation, treaties and international agreements; and to discuss the annual reports of ministries. The Council can make recommendations and adopt resolutions, which must then be submitted to the Prime Minister who will refer them to the Council of Ministers for discussion. If the two bodies agree, "royal approval shall be given". If not, the King will settle the matter "as appropriate".
