| Resumen/cita: | This Executive Regulation protects consumer's in the air transport industry. Which aim to regulate the relationship between air carriers and passengers. The Regulations apply to: -National and foreign airlines departing from airports within Saudi Arabia (domestic and international). -National airlines arriving into Saudi Arabia (unless the passenger is compensated according to the regulations of the country of departure). The regulations includes provisions to exercise care and provide compensation for consumers (passengers). It stresses on the protection of customer's rights especially those with special needs. |
