Resumen/cita: The Act incorporates the EU regulation into the German system:
- Implementation of the EU guidelines to facilitate the recognition of professional qualifications of health professionals,
- Introduction of a European professional qualification as an alternative to the traditional recognition procedure and the recognition decision,
-rules for informing the authorities of other EU countries on occupational bans or restrictions (pre-warning mechanism)
- Minimum requirements for the training of pharmacists, doctors, dentists, midwives and health care workers, implementation of procedural rules for all physician-regulated health care professionals,
-changes in the general recognition system for other professionals.
