| Abstract/Citation: | Supplements article 1 (on the general concepts of the law) with new paragraphs 15 and 16. Makes essential wording changes, inter alia, in articles 2 (the legislation on the occupational safety), 3 (requirements of occupational safety), 5 (the system of executive authority bodies in this sphere), 6 (worker's right to employment in conditions relevant to the requirements of occupational safety), 7 (the guarantees worker's right to work), 9 (service of occupational safety), 10 (employer's right to ensure occupational safety), 13 (relevance of industrial objects and products to the requirements of normative legal acts regulating the issues of occupational safety), 17 (state supervision and control), 23 (liquidation of an organization as a result of the violation of the requirements of occupational safety); also makes minor changes in articles 11, 12, 19, 21, 22. Introduces new articles 5-1 (competencies of the Government in this sphere) and 5-2 (competencies of the competent state bodies in this sphere). |
