| Abstract/Citation: | On the basis of article 33 of the law "On Health Protection", approves the attached Regulation on the Procedure of Holding the Expertise of Temporary Working Disability defining the general provisions-namely the definition of temporary working disability, the period and expertise thereof (Chapter I); also the organization of the expertise with the detailed list of cases subjected to the expertise such as, inter alia, need for child care, care for a sick family member, conduction of medical expertise of the patient and directing him/her to another place or other country to get necessary medical care by the decision of the expertise commission, also child birth, adoption of a child. |
