Abstract/Citation: Amends, inter alia, the Labour Code: namely introduces wording changes and supplements in paragraph 9 of article 2 (Main principles of legal regulation of labor relations and other relations directly linked to them); repeals parts 3, 4 of article 33 (Representatives of employers); supplements article 45 (Agreement. Types of agreements) with a new part 11; rephrases part 5 of article 47 (Procedures of preparing draft agreements and concluding them), sub-paragraph 2 of part 3 of article 48 (Force of the agreement) supplementing the same article with a new part 7.
Also amends Federal Law "On Employers' Associations" rephrasing article 2 (Employers' right to association), part 1 of article 3 (Concept and juridical provision of association of employers) supplementing it with new part 1.1, rephrasing article 4 (Types of employers' associations), part 1 of article 10 (Foundation of employers' organizations), supplementing it with new parts 1.1, 3. Supplements this law with new article 10.1 (Conduct of state registry of employers' associations); changes the wording of para 3 of article 13 (Rights of employers' associations) supplementing it with new paras 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 8.1, 11; introduces minor wording changes to articles 7, 9, 14.
