| Abstract/Citation: | The Act reduces limitation in accessing certain professions (9 in financial field and 82 in technical branch). Amendments have various scope, most far-reaching in bookkeeping services through tax advisor, auditor, actuary, insurance or reinsurance broker. Other professions affected: car appraiser, urban planner, architect or engineer holding a building license. The goal of the above changes is to broaden access to professions previously hardly regulated as well as facilitate Universities to create more practical study specializations. |
