The Regulation sets out rules for the development and organization of special programs to assist job-seekers and the unemployed to get back into the labour market. Contains provisions concerning:
- organization and realization of special programs
- scope of application
- selection of participants
- mode of financing from the Labour Fund.
The Regulation also repeals the previous Regulation of the Minister of Labour and social Policy on special programs from 23 March 2009.
