Amends the Law of 17 July 2002 on the Establishment and Procedure of Increase of the Level of Minimum Wage introducing a new text of the law: Law of the Republic of Belarus on the Establishment and Procedure of Increase of Minimum Wage Article I: General terms used in this law and definitions thereof, Article II: Scope of effect of this law, Article III: Legislation on establishment and procedure of increase of the minimum wage, Article IV: Minimum wage on a monthly basis, Article V: Minimum wage on an hourly basis, Article VI: Application of the minimum wage, Article VII: Sources for financing the expenses of minimum wage payments, Article VIII: Liability for the violation of the legislation on establishment and procedure of increase of the minimum wage, Article IX: Consideration of disputes concerning the implementation of the legislation on establishment and procedure of increase of the minimum wage. Articles 1 and 2 of this law enter into force on 4 August 2014. |
