| Abstract/Citation: | Decree establishes an obligatory minimum wage and a guaranteed minimum wage. Effective January 2013 the scope of the decree covers all employers and employees. 1) the obligatory minimum wage: - monthly HUF 98,000; - weekly HUF 22,560; - daily HUF 4,500; - hourly HUF 564. 2) the guaranteed minimum wage: - monthly HUF 114,000; - weekly HUF 26,250; - daily HUF 5,250; - hourly HUF 656. Repeals the Governmental Decree on the obligatory minimum wage and guaranteed minimum wage (Text No. 298/2011 (XII.22)) |
