Abstract/Citation: All Libyans under the age of 18, male or female are entitled to have a monthly allowance of 100 dinars not subject to any financial deduction.

Single female who does not have any salary or wage shall be granted a monthly allowance of 100 dinars.

Libyan wife who does not have any salary or wage shall be entitled to a monthly allowance of 150 dinars not subject to any financial deduction.
This Law Repeals Law No. 6 of 2013 On Family Allowance.
