Abstract/Citation: This regulation sets out basis for creation of a Coordinating Council, Secretariat and respective expert legal working groups. It sets out rights, responsibilities and proceedings of the created entities. Working groups are required to take necessary measures to develop and implement projects for protection of children rights, to organize training and raise awareness about the issue in particular among children and their parents.
