Abstract/Citation: This Decree establishes "The National Manpower Register Authority". The Authority shall be a legal identity and enjoy financial and administrative autonomy.
The administrative system units of the State (civil, military and security) and private sector institutions are to inform the Authority concerning their employees' data and any amendments to this data. There will be coordination between the Authority and the military and security units with regards to the required data.
The administrative system units of the State (civil, military or security) and private sector institutions are not allowed to employ any employee unless he provides a proof that he is registered in the Manpower Register.
