| Abstract/Citation: | Replaces the phrase 'Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic on Public Service' and the word 'Agency' by 'Competent Government Agency' in in the whole text of the law. In article 1 replaces the word 'administration' by the word 'staff'; in article 12 para 12 amends the article providing that structure, provisions and head of the Competent Government Agency on Public Service shall defined by the President of the Kyrgyz Republic; in article 20 para 13 amends as follows 'provisions on attestation of public servants is introduced by Competent Government Agency on Public Service and approved by the President of the Kyrgyz Republic'. |
