Abstract/Citation
The period of time on the application of Section 7 of the Act Amending the Criminal Procedure Code (No. 21), B.E. 2542, shall be extended until 31 December 2017. The Act was adopted in order to provide more time to medical doctors to assign hospital officers or officers under Provincial Health Offices receiving training on Forensic Medicine, to participate in the initial post mortem inquest on their behalf due to the lack of medical doctors, in particular forensic medical doctors.
