| Abstract/Citation: | Amends the Nationality Act B.E. 2508 by inserting a new definition concerning 'Displaced Thai Persons' in between the definitions of 'Alien' and 'Committee' in section 4. New sections 9/1, 9/2, 9/3, 9/4, 9/5, 9/6 and 9/7 are also inserted into the Act. The reason for promulgating the Act are to solve problems relating to the nationality of displaced Thai persons due to the change in the territorial boundary of Thailand. |
