Abstract/Citation: Allows individual and collective dismissals for economic reasons or on grounds of structural, technological or operational changes in the enterprise. Also applicable in case of bankruptcy of the employer. Provides for severance pay due to dismissed workers or a compensatory allowance for transferred workers.
