| Abstract/Citation: | Approves the budget of state extra-budgetary fund for 2013 at the expenses of mandatory social security payments, non-tax profits and other revenues. Sets up objectives and targets the fund's revenues to be used for. Suspends for the entire period of 2013 the following articles: - Article 8.2 of the Law of 7 April 1992 on Pensions (Vedamastsi Vyarxoynaga Saveta (VVS) Respubliki Belarus, 1992, No. 17, p. 275); (Natsionalnii Reyestr Pravavix Aktov (NRPA) Respubliki Belarus, 2009, No. 16, 2/1558); - Article 4.1 of the Law of 30 October 1992 on State Benefits for Families Raising Children (VVS Respubliki Belarus, 1992, No. 27, p. 473); (NRPA Belarus, 2007, No. 305, 2/1403); - Articles 16.4, 17, 18.4, 19.3, 26, 22.2 and 24.8 of the Law of 15 June 2006 on the Employment of the Population (NRPA Respubliki Belarus, 2006, No. 94, 2/1222); - Article 44.1-10 of July 2008 on Budget Code (NRPA Respubliki Belarus, 2008, No. 183, 2/1509 and 2010, No. 252, 2/1727). |
