Repeals the Children Act (Chap. 46:01)

With respect to the amendments, the Education Act is amended increasing compulsory schooling for children aged from five to sixteen years old. The Liquor Licences Act (Chap. 84:10) is prohibiting the use of children to sell, buy or deliver alcohol. Also amends the Tobacco Control Act making it an offence to use a child to buy, sell or deliver any tobacco product. Under the Trafficking in Persons Act, the definition of "child pornography" is extend.

Also amends the Summary Courts Act (Chap. 4:20); the Bail Act (Chap. 4:06); and the Sexual Offences Act (Chap. 11:28).
