Abstract/Citation: The Act introduces following amendments:
Article 1 makes amendments to the Penal Code §1a by adding person who maliciously or persistently violates the employee's rights derived from the employment relationship or social security can by fined or imprisoned for up to 2 years. The same restriction apply for the persons not obeying relevant court ruling with respect to re-employment or payment of wages or other benefits derived from employment relationship.
Article 2. makes amendments to the Act on the social insurance system. In case of unpaid social security contributions by the employer, the Social Insurance can fine the employer with additional contributions.
