| Abstract/Citation: | Article 1 sets out the purpose of the Law. It provides that the Law regulates: 1) specific conditions and procedures for granting staroste (local authority) funds from the Labour Fund to: a) unemployed persons; b) graduates from the centre of social integration (as referred to in art. 2 Section 1a of the Act of 13 June 2003 on social employment); c) graduates from the social integration club (as referred to in art. 2 Section 1b of the Act of 13 June 2003 on social employment) One-time grant for setting up or becoming a member of a social cooperative. 2) forms for securing the fund repayment to the Labour Fund granted to establish a social cooperative or acceding to it, in the case of non-compliance with the grant agreement. |
