Chapter 4 General Provisions

Provides for the experimental execution of the Act for a period of five years.
Defines patents, marks , trade names and specifies what types of patents, marks and trade names can be registered. The Law provides for detailed information required for filling up an application for the registration.

This Law repeals the Trademarks and Patents Registration Act.
