Abstract/Citation: Amends Article 89 of the Act No. 5434 on the Retirement Fund of the Republic of Turkey and adds a temporary Article 223 (service times).

Amends Article 28, para 3 of the Social Security Institution Act No. 5502 (replaces the words 50 persons by 80 persons) and adds a new sentence after para 6 of Article 35 (rent).

Amends various provisions of the Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Act No. 5510 of 31 May 2006: it adds a new para to Article 43 (revenues of members of parliament); replaces the words 30 days by one third in para 7 of Article 60; adds a para after para 1 (d) of Article 64 (determination of procedure, amount and duration of health services); adds a sentence to para 1 of Article 65 (rights of the institution in the access to services, such as the purchase and rental); amends para 2 of Article 68 (membership fee); adds a new sentence after para 2 of Article 70 (cases of exceptional circumstances, universities, private health service providers); amends para 2 of Article 102 (Authority entrusted with the supervision and control of staff); adds an additional Article 7 (old age, retirement or invalidity pension of Member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey or of external ministry staff); adds a para to the additional Article 7 (applicable legislation); adds a new para to temporary Article 14 (pensions of the retired independent lawyers or notary); adds a temporary Article 37 (invalidity, old-age and survivors insurance premium for those suffering as a result of earthquakes on the remaining insured for the insured died, the earthquake); adds a temporary Article 38 (application of the rate of 45%).

Amends various provisions of the Labour Act No. 4857 of 22 May 2003: Article 99 para 1, Article 100 para 1, Article 101 para 1, Article 102 para 1 (a) (b) and (c), Article 103 para 1, Article 104 para 1, Article 105 para 1 (a) (b) (c) and (d) (replaces the amounts of fines by administrative fines).
