| Abstract/Citation: | Amends the Pensions Regulations by adding after Regulation 6(3): "(4) A person in receipt of a pension residing in Seychelles or overseas shall provide proof of life certificate in an approved form specified in Schedule 5 quarterly, prior to the pension being paid". The Schedule to the Pension Regulations is also amended by including a new Schedule 5 which provides the layout of the Life Certificate and who is able to certify the certificate. |
