Abstract/Citation
This Law recognizes electronic documents as legally binding as traditional documents for electronic commerce transactions and valid to be used as evidence in court proceedings.
Article 14, inter alia, provides that electronic documents as well as terms and conditions contained in the document, including signature, are valid and reliable documents before judicial or legal authorities.
