Abstract/Citation: Amends the Fair Work Act, 2009 with respect addressing the position of Textile, Clothing and Footwear (TCF) contract outworkers by ensuring that they have the same status, protections and entitlements as employees under the Fair Work Act. It also allows outworkers to recover unpaid wages and entitlements up the supply chain when their employer refuses to pay them.
