|Abstract/Citation:||Chapter I of the Regulations contain General Provisions. Provides that every workers with a disability should be provided with equal opportunities and treatment with respect to employment. Employers are obliged to provide employment opportunities to workers with disabilities.
Chapter II provides measures for job training and vocational rehabilitation. This is to be organized by Government vocational training institutes.
Chapter III provides for the placement of workers with disabilities. Recruitment services may be provided either by the Government or private agencies.
Chapter IV deals with supervision of the implementation of the Regulations. This shall be done through the existing Labour Inspection laws and regulations.
Chapter V concerns the closing provisions.
