Laki (684/2011) eläkkeensaajan asumistuesta annetun lain 41 ja 42 §:n muuttamisesta (571/2007)
Abstract/Citation
Amends section 41 (as amended by Act 705/2010) and 42 ss.1 respecting new decisions of matters related to other benefits granted and removal of final decisions.
Introduces to section 42 a new ss. 5 respecting removal of final decisions and notification of decisions.
