Amends section 4 ss. 2 p. 11 and 12 respecting definitions.
Amends in Annex I p. 4 under the title "General principles" and the introductory paragraph of Section 2.
Introduces to Annex I a new p. 13 to section 4 ss. 2 and a new section 2.4.
