| Abstract/Citation: | The minimum subsistance level of an individual is fixed to 3410CZK per month. The minimum subsistance level of one person is 3140CZK per month. For dependents or other persons living in the same family, the minimum subsistance level is: a) 2830CZK for a person older than 15 years and who is not a dependant child; b) 2450CZK for a dependant child between 15 and 26 years of age; c) 2140CZK for a dependant child obetween 6 and 15 years of age; and d) 1740CZK for a dependant child under 6 years old. The living minimum of a person is set at 2200CZK per month. |
